After opening Photoshop and selecting the image you wish to edit, then select the crop tool on the side bar. this brings a lines onto the image which are selecting a part of the image. You can alter the lines in any way you want , however you can set the crop by selecting size from a drop down menu. if you select size and resolution which makes a menu appear. Which allows you to edit the width and height of the box, as soon as you have the right size that you want select ok as this would crop the picture. then to make sure you dont lose you photo select file then save as and save it where you want.
